Today, Obama is in St. Louis and Kansas City, Missouri - Biden is on the west coast in San Francisco, California.

Obama receives endorsement from two conservative Newspapers - This is the first time that the Chicago Tribune or the Los Angeles Times has endorsed a Democrat. They were joined by the Washington Post. Seems Obama is already bringing people together. CNN.com has more here.

Obama 49.7%, McCain 43.1% - RealClearPolitics.com average of 11 national polls taken from 10-10- to 10-17. Polls are still showing 6-8% undecided. Also the impact of Libertarian Bob Barr and Ralph Nader on the ballot will have an impact of several percentage points. Expect this polling to narrow as we get closer to Election Day. Obama campaign requests Special Prosecutor to review Acorn activities - this a a good move by the Obama campaign to get out in front of this story and to remove the partisan aspects from the investigation. Bob Bauer, legal counsel for the campaign sent the request to Attorney General Michael Mukasey. The NY Times has more here.

Dow drops again on Friday after President Bush speech - the President kept his streak alive as the Dow dropped 127.04 to close at 8852.22. Every time he has given an address to the nation on the economy, the Dow has dropped. President Bush is meeting with French President Sarkozy and European Commission President Barroso today at Camp David. reuters.com has more here.
