Today, the convention will get underway again at 5:00 PM ET. Surprisingly, yesterday the entire night was kept on schedule. We'll see if they keep on schedule again.
The speakers scheduled, not necessarily in order, are: Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich who was also a candidate for President - expect him to tear into the George W. Bush - he continues to introduce articles of impeachment in the House. Governor Ed Rendell (Pa), who was a big Clinton supporter will speak - he has said he will vote for Hillary in the roll call on Wednesday. Also Governors Napolitano (Az), Patrick (Mass.), Sebelius (Ka). and former Virginia Governor Mark Warner.
Senator Hillary Clinton will be the headliner, probably around 10:00 PM ET. It is the 88th anniversary of women earning the right to vote so expect her to mention this in a big way - she is also expected to be joined on stage by the other women elected Representatives in attendance.
Many Democrats will be watching Senator Clinton's speech closely as they wish for the Democrats to unite behind Senator Barack Obama after a hard fought primary.
