The New York Times is reporting that Senator Hillary Clinton will have her name placed into nomination Wednesday night at the Democratic Convention. Evidently, negotiations have been ongoing between the Obama and Clinton campaigns over this issue. Supposedly, after the state by state vote is counted, Senator Clinton will pledge her delegates to Senator Obama.
The hope is this move will make the Clinton supporters happy and lead to even more unity behind Obama. This vote will happen on Wednesday night, the same night former President Bill Clinton and the Vice-President nominee are scheduled to speak. It should be an interesting evening.
Stay tuned.
