Hurricane Ike causing major power outages - as the hurricane hit Texas, it has left over 2 million without power. It is now a category one storm. Another major concern is the possibility of damage to oil refineries. Reportedly, one-fifth of the oil refineries in the U.S. are in the path of this storm. Claims are made that Obama stood in the way of reform when in fact both McCain and Obama voted the same in regard the the immigration reform bill which failed.
