---Judge Bans Military from enforcing D.A.D.T. - Judge Virginia Phillips said she had already ruled the policy unconstitutional and issued a halt by the military of continuing following this policy. Reuters.com has more here.
The original ruling was a result of a suit filed by the Log Cabin Republicans.

Rubio with lead in Florida - Republican Marco Rubio is leading Independent Charlie Crist 42% - 30% with Democrat Kendrick Meek in third place with 22%. Crist received the endorsement of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger yesterday and will receive one from Robert Kennedy jr. today. ThePage.com has more here.
Look to see Rubio win this Senate seat as Meek and Crist split the the vote from those who are not conservative. The only way Rubio loses at this point is if Meek drops out and endorses Crist - and this has been discussed.

Tonight, beginning at 7:30 on CNN, Wolf Blitzer moderates the debate. The only way Democrat Chris Coons loses this race is if O'Donnell, "I am not a Witch", casts a spell on him.
