"Framework" Expected on "Fiscal Cliff" - Congressional leaders and staff are expected to announce agreement on a down payment on the debt with some cuts and revenue increases. Republicans Break With Norquist No-Tax Pledge - Yesterday, on the Sunday morning "talking heads" Senator Linsey Graham (R-S.C.), Representative Peter King (D-NY) and Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.) all made statements saying they will not be bound by their Grover Norquist pledges to oppose any and all tax increases.  You can read more here.
