Clinton Heads to China As Chen Controversy Builds - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner will arrive for long scheduled meetings in China on Wednesday.  This visit comes as Chinese activist Chen Guangcheng esacped house custody and allegedly is under U.S. protection at the American Embassy.  The Wsahington Post has more here.
