Sunday Morning "Talking Heads" Lineup - plenty to talk about as the antics in Wisconsin continue to play out as Governor Walker has said lay off notices will be sent to union workers and Democratic lawmakers remain in Illinois to prevent a quorum. The rebellion in Libya continues as Egypt appears to be moving toward a more democratic form of government. A government shut down was averted when Congress reached agreement on a two week extension.
