Questions Continue On U.S. Engagement in Libya -
more questions than answers continue as President Obama has failed to make clear the reason for U.S. involvement in the so-called "no-fly zone". Why congressional approval was not sought, who will be in charge of the coalition, what is the goal of the mission, who is the leader of the rebels and what is the exit strategy; are the main questions which lack clarity in answers from the White House.

Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) has sent a letter to the president asking for answers to the above questions and more. You can read his letter here.

Meanwhile Qaddafi loyalists press attacks against rebel held cities. The NY Times has more here.

At this point, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton who was one who talked the president into this action, has to hope the rumors she is hearing that Qaddafi is looking for sanctuary in other countries, turns out to be true. The House Foreign Affairs Committee has invited Clinton to testify next Wednesday. The Washington Post has more here.

President Obama is back from his trip to Latin America and will meet with his national security team today.

Bottled Water Becoming Scarce in Japan -
as efforts continue to bring the damage nuclear reactors under control. Radiation has been detected in tap water with a warning issued against babies drinking it. The U.S. FDA has banned some argricultural exports from Japan as the economic fallout from the earthquake/tsunami disaster continues to grow. Reuters.com has more here.
