Reps. Todd Young (R-Ind.) and Tim Griffin (R-Ark.), sponsors of a bill to delay the individual mandate of The Affordable Care Act, that passed the House on Wednesday, delivered the weekly GOP address.
They called on the Senate to vote to delay ObamaCare's individual mandate since businesses will not be required to provide healthcare coverage until 2015.
