George Wenschhof

Today, all across the country, voters will be deciding who will represent them in local, state and federal positions. All 435 House and 37 Senate seats are up for election with Republicans positioned to win back a majority in the House and the Democrats hoping to hang on to a majority in the Senate.

In Maryland, voters will also be deciding on Governor, county executive, county commissioner, state delegate and senate races, along with other local offices. Voter turnout is expected to be 60% in Maryland.

In Maryland, the polls will open at 7:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM.
