Big Bonuses on Wall Street trying to make a comeback - what amazed many Americans was the revelation that many stock traders had been guaranteed multi-million dollar bonuses regardless of whether the company made money as the result of their efforts. The Obama administration has Kenneth Feinberg overseeing how bonuses are paid to seven companies that received 2 or more bailouts from the federal government. The NY Times has a good read here.
