President Obama, speaking from Ohio, on the second day of his bus tour, urged Congress to do more that would help create jobs.

He praised the recent passage of the Transportation Bill which will aid in job creation and also thanked Congress for passing the Student Loan Bill which will keep millions of student loan rates from going up.
