Former New York City Rudy Giuliani defends U.S. military presence in Iraq and Afghanistan, saying they have helped prevent further terrorist attacks against America since 9/11. He further stated the U.S. should not be on a timetable to remove troops from these countries, arguing for a permanent U.S. military presence around the globe to combat terrorism.
Giuliani is still considering jumping into the race for the Republican Party presidential nomination.
