House and Senate Pass 2011 Budget - the 39.5 billion cut has now been reported by the CBO as only 352 million - makes you wonder what all the fuss was about. The House vote was 267-167 with Pelosi led Democrats and Tea Party Republicans voting against - an odd combination. The Senate vote was 81-19 with 15 Democrats voting against.
