Obama Budget to be Released Today - the president's proposed budget for 2012 will include 1.1 Trillion in cuts over the next decade. The overall cuts will be comprised of one-third of tax increases and two-thirds of spending cuts. However, the deficit just for fiscal year 2011 is now projected to be 1.6 Trillion.
