Republican Fred Upton (R-Mich.) Says House will vote to Repeal Health care prior to state of the union address - he feels the votes are there to repeal. The question remains; is this just for show? DNC Chair Tim Kaine Says No Serious Challenge to Obama in 2012 Democratic Primary - appearing on CNN "State of The Union", he also said the success of the lame duck session showed compromise was possible in the incoming congress.
