Christina Taylor Green Laid To Rest -
the funeral services of the youngest victim of the Tucson shootings took place yesterday. First Lady Michelle Obama followed up on the excellent speech given by President Obama by penning an open letter to parents published on the white House website. Palin to Appear with Sean Hannity -
in the aftermath of the Tucson tragedy, Sarah Palin turns once again to fox News to attempt to repair a badly bruised image. A good start would be to apologize for her video released following the tragedy. The NY Times has more here.

Will Michael Steele Win Reelection Today? -
two years ago, Steele won the position of chair of the national Republican Committee after multiple rounds of voting. Today, the embattled chair faces four opponents for the chair position.

Wisconsin Republican Party Chair Reince Priebus is considered to be the main challenger to Steele. However, with 168 votes split between five candidates, anything can happen. 85 votes are needed to win and the voting is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM today. Politico.com has more here.

House to Vote on Health Care Repeal on Wednesday -
after delaying the vote and going into a recess in the wake of the shootings in Tucson, Arizona, the House will open debate on Tuesday with a vote expected on Wednesday. Let's see how harsh the rhetoric is during the debate. The Boston Globe has more here.

Senator Mark Udall (D-Utah) calls for Bipartisan Seating During State of The Union Address -
a good idea considering the current tensions. Remember, it was just a year ago when Republican Representative Joe Wilson (S.C.) shouted out "You Lie" during President Obama's address. TheHill.com has more here.

Today, President Obama Meets with President of Pakistan -
Asif Zardari is in town for the memorial service for U.S. Ambassador Richard Holbrooke. The government of Pakistan remains unstable as the Obama administration continues the use of missile attacks from unmanned drones at extremists located within Pakistan. CNN.com has more here.
