Tomorrow, President Barack Obama heads to Massachusetts to help embattled Senate Democratic candidate Martha Coakley -
both the Republican and Democratic parties are sending their "big guns" to Massachusetts in hopes it will help their candidate win the pivotal contest. Politico.com has more here.

The outcome of this race will determine if the Obama agenda with health care reform continues or ends abruptly. While voter registration favors generously democrats in the state, Republicans have held the governor position more often than not over the last 40 years. So anything can happen in this close race and it could easily depend on voter turnout. Coakley is not energizing the Democratic base which is why former president Bill Clinton and President Barack Obama are on their way to the state. If Democrats show up at the polls, Coakley wins. I will be reporting on the results of this race Tuesday night.
