William J. Clinton Foundation Donor list released - this was one of the conditions President Obama insisted on when he named Hillary Clinton Secretary of State. He wanted full disclosure so there would not be questions pertaining to conflict of interest. Some of the donors include a Saudi businessman, the countries of Norway and Oman, the Donald Trump Foundation, the Elton John AIDs Foundation and Coca Cola. The NY Times has more here.

50 Tax Breaks expired the end of 2009 - while most of the year end attention was on health care reform, many statues on tax exemptions expired. the House has passed a measure to extend many of them but the senate never acted on it. Most of these exemptions are expected to be extended retroactively when Congress returns to work. MSNBC.com has more here.
