On a beautiful day, Maryland voters are not going to the polls today. As of 3:00 PM, estimates I have received from across the state indicate a 7-10% turnout. At, this rate, hitting 2o% may be a reach today. Coupled with the 2.4% early voting turnout, it appears likely total turnout will not reach 25%.
Polls will close at 8:00 PM ET - Go Vote!
