Today, President Obama discusses his 30 Billion Job Creation bill. Funding for the program would come from money paid back to the government from Banks who received money from the TARP (bail-out) bill. One component of the bill is to establish a small business lending fund. He is proposing community banks across the country would identify small businesses in need and provide the lending to them. Small businesses have long been known to be one of the largest sources in creating new jobs across the country.
