The President continued the call for comprehensive immigration reform and added the need fpr a free trade agreement with the Europian Union.

Obama also addressed climate change and said we needed to set a goal of cutting in half the energy wasted by homes and businesses over the next 20 years.  He threatened more use of executive action if Congress does not pass bipartisan legislation.

Addressing the need to rebuild the nation's crumbling infrastructure, Obama proposed a "fix it first" program.  A modern day WPA program with bridges being the first to be rebuilt.

He was tough on both Iran and N. Korea and stated 34,000 U.S. troops will be returned home this year from Afghanistan and the war would conclude by the end of next year.
