Romney Flip-Flop on Abortion - in a interview yesterday with the Des Moines Register, Mitt Romney said "There's no legislation with regards to abortion that I'm familiar with that would become part of my agenda."

Reacting to Romney's comments, President Barack Obama's campaign sharply criticized the Republican, saying he had previously pledged to appoint Supreme Court justices who would overturn Roe v. Wade.  You can read more here.

Congressional Oversite Committee Begins Hearings on Libyan Attack - House Republicans have questioned the details surrounding the attack in Benghazi that resulted in the death of U.S. Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans. 

Representative Darrall Issa (R-Calf.) says he may call Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to testify. You can read more here.

Supreme Court Hears Affirmative Action Case - it is all about race being allowed to be used in determining college admissions.  The last time this issue was heard by Supreme Court was 2003 and the court decided in a 5-4 decicion that race could be considered as one of many factors in determining college admissions to public universities.
