Vice-President Joe Biden drew laughs when he appeared on NBC Tonight Show with Jay Leno - when talking about the recent swap of spies with Russia, Biden said he had wanted to keep Anna Chapman and had hoped they would take Rush Limbaugh. Now, that would have been a good swap!
