Senator Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) gives the Republican weekly address. He is one of the members of the newly created deficit reduction committee.

Showing, he had not listened to the weekly address given by President Obama, he accused the president of being responsible for the poor economy, continuing the partisan bickering which has been persuasive on capitol hill.
