Unemployment Drops To 7.8% - the lowest level since January 2009.  The report comes after what was less than a stellar debate performance by President Obama.  114,000 jobs were added in September.  You can read more here.

First Post Debate Poll: Obama 48% Romney 43% - the Reuters/Ipsos poll showed Obama's lead had droppoed by 2 points.  You can read more here.

Polls over a three-four day period following the debate will be more indicative of public reaction to the first presidential debate.  So, look for polls released on Sunday and Monday.
