Unemployments Claims Rise, Economic Growth Down - not good signs as summer nears.  Unemployments claims were up 10,000 last week and economic growth for the first quarter was revised downward from 2.2% to 1.9%.  Reuters.com has more here.

The Quest For 270 Electoral Votes - for the presidential candidates is begining to look a lot like 2000 when the Supreme Court issued a decision regarding the recount in Florida, providing George W.
