North Dakota Republican Governor Jack Dalrymple continues the refrain that Congress should approve the Keystone XL pipeline, which was defeated earlier in the week by the Senate with a 56-42 vote.
Dalrymple said N. Dakota oil producers were set to feed the pipeline 100,000 barrels of crude oil per day.
