Obama To Call for End To Oil Tax Breaks -
as gasoline prices climb, President Obama will ask Congress to eliminate the billions in oil industry tax breaks. He will do so during a speech at Nashua Community College in New Hampshire this afternoon. TheHill.com has more here.

Iran Sanctions Strangling Oil Exports -
even before they take effect, a U.S. advisory body has found they will push up crude oil prices and strain a weak global economy. Iran is the fifth largest oil exporter. Reuters.com has more here.

Bernanke Warns Congress on Fiscal Policy -
Federal Reserve chair Ben Bernanke pointed out tax programs set to expire and spending cuts planned on January 1, 2013 could cause problems if allowed simultaneously. You can read more here.

Romney Likely To Add To Delegate Lead on Tuesday -
mainstream media, desperate for a longer Republican presidential primary are now focusing on Ohio, where polls show the swing state is currently a statistical tie between Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum.

However, it is unlikely any of the challengers will be able to put a significant dent in the Romney delegate lead on the not so super Tuesday, when a total of 419 delegates from 11 states are up for grabs.

Ohio has 66 delegates and they will be awarded proportionately, so don't look to see the outcome of this state affect the Republican race.

N. Korea Agrees To Suspend Nuclear Tests -
as well as it's uranium enrichment program in exchange for food aid. International inspectors will also be allowed, an indication Kim Jong Eun is interested in engaging the West. The Washington Post has more here.

Americans Allowed to Leave Egypt -
the seven Americans on trial, were granted permission to leave the country, reportedly by agreeing to pay a $300,000 bail and a promise to return for the trial. The U.S. had threatened to cut off the 1.3 billion in military aid to Egypt over the incident. The NY Times has more here.
