President Obama to visit the Gulf coast area where the collapsed oil rig has resulted in millions of barrels of oil being discharged into the ocean -
the discharge of oil has yet to be stopped and this is quickly becoming the largest disaster of it's kind. The oil has now reached the Louisiana coast. Reuters.com has more here.

Sunday morning "Talking Heads" lineup -
the main focus of discussion this Sunday morning will be the passage of the new Immigration law in Arizona and the horrific oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Interior Secretary Ken Salazar will appear on four of the morning shows.

NBC "Meet the Press"
will have Napolitano and Salazar. Also appearing will be Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Look to see her announce the start of "proximity talks" between Israel and Palestine. Other guests include Senator Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.), Governor Janet Granholm (D-Mich.), Governor Bill Richardson (D-NM) and representative Mike Spence (R-Ind.).

CNN "State of the Union"
- Napolitano and Salazar. Also appearing will be Florida senate candidates; newly declared Independent Charlie Crist and republican Marco Rubio.

CBS "Face The Nation"
- Representatives Charlie Melacon (R-La.), Luis Guiterrez (D-Ill.), Senator Ben Nelson (D-Fla.), and Arizona Republican Senate candidate J.D. Hayworth who is challenging John McCain.

ABC "This Week"
- Napolitano and Salazar.

Fox News Sunday
- Napolitano and Salazar. Also appearing will be Marco Rubio; Republican candidate for U.S. Senate from Florida.

Representative Ginny Brown-Waite (R-Fla.) announces retirement at voter filing deadline -
in a tricky move to favor a Republican replacement, she waited until the last day for candidates to file to announce her retirement due to health concerns. She then endorsed Republican Hernando County Sheriff Richard Nugent who filed to run for her seat just hours before the deadline. Brown-Waite becomes the 20th Republican Representative to resign or announce retirement this year. MSNBC.com has more here.
