4:45 PM Update - GW - seems safe to say voter turnout will not hit 30% today - a sad state of affairs - we must urge the next mayor and board to move election day to coincide with presidential election.

Democrats are turning out at about 14.5% and Repubicans are turning out at 16.7% and "Others" about 8%. I doubt many Republicans are voting for Judd, however some Democrats will vote for McClement. "Others" could be a factor in mayoral race. Alderman too close to predict. Stay Tuned.

----

5:50 PM Update - GW - Let's also remember the absentee ballots if the race is close. A total of 454 were sent and 382 received as of today. The breakdown doesn't help us gauge the outcome: Democrats - 177, Republicans - 180, "Other" - 25. More could be received tomorrow. They are counted on Thursday.
